If anyone employed with Stub Hub reads this PLEASE HELP US ...PLEASE .
Spent 250 dollars on tickets to March Madness . Tickets were on the floor section of map . Received email saying they were General Admission tickets on the upper level . I have spoken to 5 different representatives who ALL confirmed the tickets are NOT in the section in which I ordered . They then informed me the "system" has to wait until closer to the event to receive a refund . So March . I know 250 is not a lot of money to some people , but it is quite a lot to us . Which doesnt allow us to purchase LEGITAMATE tickets in the meantime .
They also informed me that seller does not have my money yet but stub hub does ?????? I mean is the system A.I. ??? Taken over ??? All i want is an immediate refund for being completely scammed for fraudulent tickets , Thats all .
