I have purchased tickets for the Eras Tour on StubHub, but I get an error when I go to accept my tickets. Seeing the Eras Tour has a 72 hour window now for tickets, am I going to receive my tickets at that 72 hour window? Is there a way to know?
I’m having the same exact problem. Customs4r service has been no help and has refused to honor their fan protect guaranty. I spent $10K and have no tickets!
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
