I bought two tickets to the Canadian Grand Prix as a surprise for my Dad, and plan to tell him about it at Christmas. My order is listed as an E-Ticket and says the tickets won't arrive until the night before the event, and they also list the section I'll be in, but not the row or seat numbers. Is all of that typical for an F1 event or should I try to refund/contact customer service about this and find other tickets? Thanks in advance for any advice!
I have done the same thing for my boyfriend for Christmas, and the tickets won't be available until the night before. I am curious if there is an answer to this, as I don't want to travel and spend hundreds of dollars on traveling for nothing.
