Gypsy tickets - location misrepresented๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Bought Gypsy Tickets for 2/8 and they were misrepresented - said orchestra and showed mid center location. Turned out on the last row - X! Tried to talk to customer service and worthless? Any suggestions.
