No Email Confirmation After Purchase?

I purchased tickets recently and credit card says Stubhub Canada LTD. 

I did not receive a email confirmation nor does Stubhub have any record of me purchasing $1500 worth of tickets. Bank wont open a investigation till after the concert date. Was i scammed?
