No refund

No refund for Aerosmith tickets (and parking pass). I've never seen anything like this. Why StubHub?

We all know that Aerosmith tour was canceled.  But if for some reason the promoter did not officially change the status from postponed to cancel then the Stubhub does not intiate the refund process.

 

Call to find out why no refund yet.  866-Stubhub.
