StubHub doing whatever they can to steal our money. I bought tickets for an event at 7:30 PM and was given the wrong tickets for a 12:30 PM event. I called to get a refund at 2:30 PM and they refused to refund me because, “how do we not know you didn’t just go to the event you got tickets for?” They also said since I got tickets for the 12:30 event, (even though I bought them for the 7:30 event) they couldn’t issue a refund because the event had passed. What sort of logic is that?
