Ticket delivery / type

 Got an email from StubHub saying

 

"The seller changed how they’re delivering your ________ tickets. You’ll now get them by E-Ticket."

Got the tickets in my inbox a few minutes ago and its a mobile ticket (ticketek.mobi). The ticket seems legit, but its just a QR code. 

 

I read through StubHub's seller's information for mobile tickets, and supposedly, if they are mobile tickets they should be directly transferred to me via Ticketek NOT just the link! I mean, anyone can just use the link if they line up early enough!

How can I get the tickets transferred to me? Paid A LOT of money for my tickets 😞

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
