Stubhub customer service

Someone hacked my account and purchased three sets of tickets on March 17, 2025 at 1:30 a.m. Stubhub cancelled two orders after they realized I did not place those orders. I heard the text alerts on my phone and immediately called Stubhub. I was told that Stubhub would investigate and send me an email. Three days later after I never received an email from Stubhub, I called again. The customer service man was very rude, he said, "you were told 3-5 business days, why are you calling?". I waited 7 days and called again because the initial charge of $271.99 was charged to my card. Gabrielle, Stubhub customer service, told me the order was cancelled and I was refunded. This information was NOT true, Stubhub did not credit me the money. The game is on Monday and the tickets are still in my account. She refused to help and sent me and email stating the transaction was cancelled and I was not charged, both not true. I have used Stubhub for years to buy and sell and will no longer use their service due to the horrible customer service and refusal to help.
