Buyers - - There are lots of tickets out there you aren't seeing! The "Recommended Tickets" setting is automatically in the "on" position. I've never been on a website that decided for me what I want to filter! If you're not seeing very many options for the event you're interested in, go to filters and turn off this setting - your world of opportunity will open up immensely!
Yes, this is a huge oversight by Stubhub. There have been lots of complaints in the past few months but, unfortunately, nothing has been done about it.
