Stubhub is stealing money from me for two different orders of invalid tickets.

I have two orders with Stubhub totaling about $1200.  Both orders were invalid tickets and Stubhub refuses to refund either.  I've been told for 7.5 weeks that the case is "esclated" but nothing is happening.  Every phone support person tells me their not allowed to talk to the escalation team, which is completely stupid.

 

I am being frustrated and angry and have no idea how to get my money back.  Can anyone help?

I truly believe that stubhub's new policy as of late is to steal money for invalid orders.  They tell you its escalated and just keep you on the phone for 45 minute calls over and over again, until you give up and they steal your money.

 

I am so angry.
