Order was supposed to be refunded but hasn't been

I have an order that was supposed to be refunded.  I called Stubhub about it today and the phone support told me it was refunded on October 14th.  I didn't think it had actually been refunded.  Both because I never got a confirmation email from Stubhub, and also because I always see refunds from SH on my credit card quickly after they are processed.  

 

I called my bank WITH the Stubhub guy on the phone and they confirmed I was never refunded.  But he was still not able to help.  It is so difficult now to get a refund or do anything that requires Stubhub support.  It truly is a nightmare for your customers.  I've been on the phone with you guys about this order for a minimum of 2 hours already over the last few days.  


Can I get this refunded immediately?  The event was over 3 months ago.

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
