Hello to any who will listen. Stub hub stole my money. I had ordered two tickets for Bears Minnesota game . My wife had a stroke ,almost lost her. I call Stubhub for a refund, They said they don't do refunds unless she died. REALLY? WHILE I am dealing with my wife texted want me to sell the tickets. I don't know how that's done, So I paid 602 for tickets with 265 dollars of fees. PHUQE YOU. SO I messed that up and then they fine me 500 dollars for not uploading ticket right. So now they took a total of 1300 plus dollars for a game I could not attend because of family illness. So I'm doing what I can for my wife. I haven't told her this is going on. I never ordered from them before for anything. I am a 70 year 100% disabled Veteran . On a very fixed income. They took 1/3 of my monthly incomeI can't pay rent because of that 500 I actually had a agent laugh at me because of how mad I was getting. If anyone can help me with this God Bless you.
Sorry but Stubhub did not steal your money. While your situation is unfortunate, whatever mistake you made trying to resell when you did not know what you were doing is what lost you the money. I’m not agreeing with what happened though.
I’ve got to say that why would you spend $600 on a football game if you’re on a very fixed income. Poor decision, especially not understanding how to use Stubhub to resell your tickets without making the costly mistake.
I apologize, but your money was not stolen by Stubhub. Even if your circumstances are regrettable, you lost the money because of whatever error you made when attempting to resale without knowing what you were doing. However, I disagree with what transpired.
I must ask why someone on a severely fixed budget would spend $600 on a football game. It was a bad choice, especially since you didn't know how to use Stubhub to resale your tickets without making the expensive error.
