Why did I order the tickets months in advance?

When I realized that the tickets had been arranged for the wrong date due to a mistake on the seller's part a week before, the price of the original tickets had already gone up more than threefold.

Looking at this community, I realized that there were other people who had encountered the same problem.


The staff at the Help Center The staff at the Help Center apologized to me politely.
They were not at fault. I wanted to speak to the person who set the rules for this system.

However, I was not put through to them.

All the staff members, without exception, told me about the limitations of the system and only talked about refunds or vouchers. They would give me a refund or a voucher for an additional fee of around $100.
When I asked them if they thought it was wrong, no one gave me their opinion.


They only said, “I'm sorry. Unfortunately, that's the way it is.”


In the end, I couldn't afford the expensive ticket price, so I had to give up on attending the event that my family had been looking forward to. Can you put yourself in my family's shoes?


Have you ever thought about the feelings of the people who had been looking forward to this one-off event for several months?

I think you must think about the meaning of the word 'alternative ticket'.
I want the management team to think about what this 'alternative ticket' system should be like from the perspective of the ticket purchaser once again.

Unfortunately,
you may be missing out on future sales of $10,000 in order to save $1,000 in the short term.

I have a very similar situation at the moment. I purchase two tickets for tomorrow 7:30 but received for 12/12 2pm. WTF?? I complained and they said it's final sale and I just have to resell which doesn't guarantee of my money back.

Also they did not mention about time/date could be changed until they send us ticket purchase confirmation. So there's no way for you to know as a first time user. Don't stay quite. Go to BBB and file a complaint. They must be addressed by a government. It won't change unless many people are involved.

I just did mine and I will call my bank to stop the payment as well.

It wasn't good that I didn't understand this company well, but I also posted it on BBB so that there wouldn't be more people in the same situation.
