Tickets Stolen

I bought tickets for the Aaron Lewis concert at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS in November 2024. I purchased the tickets back in August.  The tickets were transferred to my Ticketmaster account.  A week before the concert I received an email stating my tickets had been transferred to a David Herring.  I never initiated a transfer or a sale of my tickets.  I contacted Ticketmaster as soon as I saw this and they supposedly opened a fraud investigation to find out what happened. It was obvious my Ticketmaster account was hacked. To this day I have not heard from the fraud investigation nor have I received a refund of my tickets.  I do believe Ticketmaster and Stub Hub are trying to rip me off of $221.64.  It doesn't make sense and really disappoints me.

Re: Tickets Stolen

Hi @chiefken1949

It was previously announced that Ticketmaster had suffered one of the largest hacks in history.  As you had accepted the tickets into your Ticketmaster account and they were taken from there it seems like your issue should be with Ticketmaster and not Stubhub.
