Wrong parking map listed

We purchased parking tickets because it was listed and shown close to the State Farm Arena, when we followed directions to the address of the parking the walk ended up being 30 minutes. Based on the map provided it shouldn't have been more than a 5 -8 walk. But instead we ended up having to pay for an uber on top of having already paid for the parking. A COMPLETE WASTE

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I purchased a parking pass for a soccer game at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA and was delivered a pass for a parking lot located 10 miles away from the venue in El Segundo near LAX. The StubHub item was listed as follows: PARKING PASSES ONLY San Diego FC at LA Galaxy 4:00 PM (event local time) at Main Stadium at Dignity Health Sports Park - Complex Parking Lots, Carson Section LOT 18 The pass that was sent to me was for a Lot 18 located at 840 Hornet Way, El Segundo, CA 90245. I spoke to 3 different customer service reps and none would issue a refund or explanation other than to say they're just a secondary market and I got what I paid for.  Seems like scammers have found a welcome home at StubHub.
