LOCKED OUT OF ACCOUNT!!!

I bought 10 total tickets to a concert. Now I have a grandchilds birthday party to go to soo I put the tickets up for sale on StubHub. I did the upload thing from ticketmaster and all. 4 of the tickets have sold and 6 were still listed as active.
Today when I tried to log in it tells me wrong password. ( even though I know it's the right password) it will also not send me a.rest link to my email. Soo I get in touch with customer support and after a longgggg time they just say my account has been locked and there is nothing they can do about it and I will get a email from StubHub in like 3 to 5 days. Like WTF?

I'm wondering if I should reclaim the 6 unsold tickets through Ticketmaster before I lose it all on StubHub?

This is odd too. About a week before this i had gotten on the ScrubHub App and it showed 6 tickets active and 2 tickets sold. The problem with this was I has listed 10 total tickets to the same concert. After talking with customer support, they eventually sent me another email saying the other 2 tickets had sold too.
