Stub Hub lack of cooperation in providing a customer what address to mail a letter of dispute form to.

I had previously posed this same question about a week ago. I did have one response from a member informing me not to mail this form to their East Draper Utah address as he indicated his dispute form was returned as undeliverable. I have now talked to 6 different phone reps from Stib Hub who will not cooperate with providing me this address. One agent did provide me an address only after arguing with me that I had to first review my problem with him before he would provide me an address. I resisted reviewing my issue with the Stub Hub  rep as the problem had already occurred and there was nothing he could do about it. He did at the end of our phone conversation provide me an address for their corporate headquarters in San Francisco. I sent a certified letter to this address at a cost of $22.00 only to have it returned as undeliverable. On the internet, they have two address to mail a dispute letter, the San Francisco address and an address in East Draper Utah which is the one listed on the Stub Hub Dispute form. However, I now have a member advice me not to mail the dispute form to the address in East Draper, Utah as he indicated his dispute form was returned as undeliverable. I also had Team Stub Hub apparently read my first inquiry in this forum about what is the correct address, but sol far, they have chosen not to respond. It is clear to me that Stub Hub phone reps are trained to frustrate, obstruct and even purposively mislead customers in their attempts to prevent customers from filing letters of dispute. Note, the address I was provided for the San Francisco headquarters was closed 3 years ago. I also had one phone rep who similar to the phone rep that gave me the wrong address for San Francisco, gave me an Atlanta Georgia address only after arguing with me to first give him an oppurtunity to resolve my dispute. This has been a nightmarish customer service experience, can someone please help me with the correct address to mail this dispute form to. Thank you.

Re: Stub Hub lack of cooperation in providing a customer what address to mail a letter of dispute form to.

Stubhub’s home office was in San Francisco, but I doubt that is a valid address after they were sold to Viagogo.
Not sure why they gave you that address, as far as I know they no longer have an address in San Francisco, same is probably true for Utah.

Can you dispute your issue with your credit card company?
