Steve Miller Concert last August

Can someone tell me what is happening with the event that was postponed last August 31st at the Ironstone amphitheater in Murphy's, Ca? I get no help from the people that answer the phone with customer service. I can't be the only one whose money is being held because they haven't officially cancelled it. Please help if you can

Thanks

Frank

Re: Steve Miller Concert last August

A quick Google search shows that the official status is postponed, not canceled.  If you had purchased your tickets from the primary seller, i.e. Ticketmaster, then you would have been able to request a refund after 30 days of there not being a new date.  But with Stubhub, they will not refund you if the official event status is not a canceled status.  Sorry but you are stuck until they reschedule or officially cancel the original date.

I bought my tickets on Ticket Masters website—when they came to me a couple hours later via email, they came from Stub Hub unbeknown to me. Doesn’t seem right. Thanks for getting back to me

That doen't make sense that you purchased on Ticketmaster but they came from Stubhub.  Are you sure that you did not purchase from Stubhub but the ticket transfer came from the seller via Ticketmaster?

I will check my paperwork when I get back home again it’s been so long but that’s what I seem to remember. Thanks again for getting back.

If Stubhub is involved in your sale then I don't think that there is any way that you purchased direct from Ticketmaster.  Check your email for a Stubhub confirmation email, or log in your Stubhub account and look at your purhases.
