If you feel you have been deceived by Stub Hub on how your tickets are displayed please respond here,
more BS from stub hub, they just responded to my post looking "to help" after a compiling a lengthy e-mail with all info they requested, when i pressed send i got an error message stating I exceeded my reply's, so they except 0 reply's just like there customer service gives 0 help and all BS ans.
I'm sure I'm not alone in this let's take-em down, share your disappointment.
Try logging out and resending the message a bit later. The same thing happens to me but it eventually clears up.
I am experiencing some very frustrating actions from stubhub. I purchased tickets 4 weeks ago and discovered later that day that the venue and artist would not be accepting transfer tickets. I had asked StubHub customer service to check on this and they told me I would have an answer in 3-4 DAYS. We are at 4 weeks and they have yet to help or provide any answers to this situation. They hung up on me today when I called them as well.
I'm waiting on Stub hub to send my payment for tickets, so its not just people buying tickets with problems, people selling legit tickets arent getting paid either!!!!
