Awful experience. Customer Service is incompetent. They had no clue how to sell tix for an international event. Literally had to walk them through how to complete a sale so it would go through, on the day of the event no less. Then of course quoted what my sale price was and what I would receive but then proceeded to not give me that amount and steal another $140+ from me. Don't even bother with their AI chatbot or their chat customer service. They are all a bunch of thieves.
I really wish I had seen this earlier. I'm dealing with the same mess — they won’t pay me back just because I don’t have an SSN. I gave them my ITIN, which literally came straight from the IRS, and they still keep saying “we need your tax ID” . Like… what? It’s an official tax ID, how do you not know what to do with it? It’s honestly ridiculous. Feels like they’re just making excuses to hold onto people’s money.
