Bug with Los Angeles Lakers home games

This happened once last season as well. If you go to a Laker home game listing (November 13th for example - since I have tickets for sale that night), you will see a mess. The floor zone has disappeared so the lower level is now a giant, disorganized jumbled huge section which combines lower level with floor as one.

So if you go to a section like 117, you'll see how cluttered it is. There should be two section 117s. The lower level (numbered) and the floor (lettered). That's how it has been for years. But right now there's just one. All jumbled together in one pile. If you go to section 117 and try to sort by best view, it gets even more confusing. There's no rhyme or reason. It should go letters first then numbers. But it's all mixed up.

Basically, it's almost impossible to sell floor seats to Laker games right now. Again, this bug happened last season once as well. Very frustrating. I tried calling to report it and she didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

@valleymonger - It seems clear that this is still an issue.

See screenshot of Section 117, sorted by best view, where tickets in the list in Row 11 are incorrectly between Row 14 and Row 18.
