Can't Sell my Super Bowl Tickets

Hi,

I'm listing my Super Bowl tickets, but my listing is not showing up. The section my Tickets are "617" is also blocked, as no more tickets were available. When I log in, I see a message saying, "Your tickets are not visible due to selected filters." However, when I clear all filters, the listing appears—but only when I'm signed in.

I've accessed StubHub.com from other computers, without logging in, and even in incognito mode, but my listing is still not visible. I've had my tickets listed for over a week, and they haven’t sold. But if my listing isn’t even showing up, how can they sell?

I’m starting to feel like this is a scam. I purchased these tickets directly on StubHub, but I can’t attend and need to sell them. If my listing isn’t visible to others, what can be done to fix this?

Have you tried to turn off the recommended ticket filter and see if your tickets are viewable?  When I turn off the filter and ask for any # of tickets it goes from 2 to 24 listings.  If this is the case your tickets will only show if the other recommended tickets sell, you lower the price, the buyer turns off the recommended tickets filter.

Same happening to me with concert tickets. There are worse seats, 3x the price that show up but not mine due to filters. Feels a bit scammy. The "recommended" price to sell my tix was lower than most tix avail. Mine are 1st sec, 3rd row. They want me to lower the price so SH buys them and resells?! I think most users of Stubhub can decide where they sit and what they spend without "recommended filters".
