Can't list row and seat numbers

 I am new to selling.  I have two tickets to a concert that I can't use. The seats are in the Balcony and have specific row and seat numbers. 

When I went to list it, the form only offers the option "General Admission" and the row and seats options grayed out.

What can I do.
