I've got an active ticket sale listing and StubHub wants me to transfer my tickets to an email they provided. But when I go to https://secure.tickets to transfer the ticket, I can't choose the ticket. I can enter the email, but the transaction can't be completed because I can't select the ticket. Any tips would be much appreciated.
