Please make it possible to add an event or to email your customer service a link to an event.
I spoke with a customer service agent tonight and she repeatedly spelled various components incorrectly and read CA in my San Francisco address as Canada.
I do not believe she will provide the correct information to add the event.
This event is sold out and I have one ticket for sale. They do not allow exchanges.
Please make it possible to add an event for registered users.
