Having Issues transferring tickets I bought and sold through StubHub

Hello,

I bought tickets to the Gipsy Kings concert through StubHub. Since I can't attend I put them for sale through the same platform.  I received an email from StubHub saying my tickets had been sold and I needed to transfer them. The email sent me instructions but these instructions are as if I had bought the tickets through another platform like Ticketmaster.  I bought the tickets through StubHub. How can I do the transfer? 

When I click on "The tickets were transferred on" it doesn't have the option for StubHub just for Ticketmaster, AXS, and others, besides, this option assumes I had already transferred the tickets through another platform, which is not possible because I bought them through here. 

Can anybody help me, please?

StubHub is a third party reseller. When you bought the tickets on Stubhub they were transferred to you using another platform such as Ticketmaster, AXS etc.  log onto that site and transfer the tickets to your buyer. After the transfer remember to confirm the transfer in your Stubhub acct. keep the email you receive from Ticketmaster etc as proof of transfer
