There is a clear issue with the Listing Score on the mobile Stubhub application compared to the Listing Score on the website. I've noticed this is particularly negatively affecting the Barstool level seats at MSG. My listing was a 200 level barstool seat that received a 10.0 rating on the web application. At the same time, viewing the listing from the mobile application the seats received a score of 7.8. I provided photo evidence of this inconsistency to customer support and was repeatedly told that this was not an issue and the score are calculated via an automated system.
There is a clear and obvious problem with the backend that is causing the same listing to show two different ratings depending on which application the user is utilizing. When presented with this information Stubhub customer service refused to use common sense and admit that there was a problem. The issue is not isolated to just my seats - I saw the same issue across multiple Barstool level seats which evidences that there is a systemic problem with Stubhub's code. Someone please contact me to ensure this issue is resolved to ensure all sellers on your platform are treated fairly.
