MY DAYTONA 500 TICKETS DO NOT SHOW AS AVAILABLE ON THE MAP OF THE TRACK

I have been trying to straighten this out for a week with no luck.  I have two tickets for sale in Section 339 and the map, even with the "recommended" filter off, does not show any tickets available in Section 339.

These tickets always sell, but no one know they are available.  ANY ONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE?
