Madonna Tickets Tampa Cannot Transfer?

Is anyone else having issues with Madonna tickets and Ticketmaster not allowing transfers? Said tickets would be available 04/01/2024 at 8:30 PM EST, but only mobile tickets and transfer is not an option. Will they make transfer option available? Any similar experiences with previous shows in the past weeks? Don't want to leave the buyer hanging or keep other listings up if this is not an option. Will StubHub penalize me for not delivering tickets?

After calling Ticketmaster they made it available to transfer. Previously the chat associate told me it was not an option. Always double check with a live person is my point!
