Due to a medical emergency, I attempted to sell my tickets in the app. I mistakenly listed the same items twice and then once there was an offer, I could not figure out how to transfer the tickets. The app suggested ticketmaster or another third party, and ii could not figure out how to transfer. i tried getting support via the app which led me in circles as well. How might i dispute these extra charges? Oddly though, when i got to that transaction it says tickets were delivered.
A charge has been applied on the following order. The charge has been applied to your credit or debit card in your StubHub account. If the charge doesn't go through, we'll place a credit memo on your account and the amount will be withdrawn from future payments. | |
Completed charge Status: Charge applied on Saturday, March 22, 2025 Reason: Order Not Fulfilled As part of our listing guarantee, should the sale not be fulfilled accurately, StubHub reserves the right to charge the cost incurred to compensate the buyer and/or replace the tickets. StubHub Order #: 557350034 Event: Toronto Maple Leafs at Nashville Predators Amount: $96.00 If you believe you should not have been charged, you can submit a dispute by clicking here. |
I also attempted to dispute the charge and no reesponse. I still see the 96.00 charge on my CC. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi @Maui581
Try calling Stubhub at 866-788-2482. However since you listed twice (even though 1 was a mistake) and only delivered 1 set of ticket Stubhub will still charge you
I can't tell from your post if your non fulfillment was because you double sold your tickets or you did not deliver to the buyer. Regardless of the reason for the non fulfillment, Stubhub does not forgive an oopsie so you're not going to succeed on disputing the charge.
