I need your help. I no longer need the tickets I bought for The Lion King on 25 April 2025. I am needing to sell the two tickets now for MEZRGT Row J seats 2 and 4.
My wife passed away last week. I am of course not thinking straight and need help with selling. These tickets were supposed to be for her birthday. Anyway, I have tried and tried to list my tickets for sale. I am very confused. I think I had some success in listing them but am running into a thing called "preuploading" or something like that and I have tried to do what is asked but to no avail. When I try to preupload (transfer tickets) I have to read something, place 2 check marks for consent and then am told to "transfer my tickets" to @email and a number)@ticketpreupload.com. Then there doesnt seem to be a way to do that.....how do I do that? I "copy" the email but I dont know where to paste it! .
Further confusion- I am not sure who the tickets are listed with! I BOUGHT them from Stubhub (I think they ARE listed there) and then somehow now they are referred to as being listed with ticketmaster and on my PHONE there is an app I thought I was required to have called BwayORL where I see the tickets with a QR code.
I am not sure what I am doing and am afraid of making a mistake. I think I listed my tickets but am constantly being asked to "preupload or preload and transfer". Then I am given that email address and no place to paste
please help or at least tell me I am doing this right.
