2 tickets sold today for a show on July 13th (tomorrow night) Transfered failed 10x. Called Ticketmaster. They said it requires transfer recipient to have a Ticketmaster account, hence failures. I then sent an email to recepient to request he setup an account or add his purchase email to ticketmaster account. No response so far. Not sure what to do as I will get dinged by StubHub for not transferring the tickets and might lose out on the sale completely? Help!

Stubhub discourages communication between buyers and sellers. You can try calling Stubhub at 866-788-2482. Take a screenshot of the transfer fail and keep as proof of attempted transfer
