UPDATE - LOCKED ACCOUNT

Got several different emails from StubHub. Basically the first one said someone stole my username and password soo that why my account is locked down. Then I get another email saying the four tickets that were sold on my account have been canceled.
Got another email saying StubHub is charging me like $125 because of all this.
Then I get another email saying I never sent the tickets to buyer. When I put the tickets up for sale I uploaded them to StubHub. Ticketmaster even has them listed as claimed.

Now StubHub wants me to reply to all this. Well....i clicked the link but can't sign on as they have shut down my freaking account!!

Also...i have called numerous times and all they can ever tell me is that it's under investigation. Basically now the concert is in like a week and I'm fixing to lose alot of money because of StubHub

I was told to file a complaint with BBB and file a complaint with my attorney General. Mannnn....first time I have EVER tried to resell tickets for a concert i can't attend and now I gotta do all this.
