double listing

I accidentally listed a ticket twice, and am super confused of if I will be losing money!

I listed a ticket and it sold but I thought I had done it wrong and so listed it again and it sold again, but I only have one ticket. I have to cancel one of these sales- but I haven't received any money or transferred the tickets yet. Will stubhub charge my credit card for money i haven't even received? Why doesn't the buyer just get their money back? Can someone please clarify I am quite distressed.

Re: double listing

You will be charged 100% of the sale for the ticket that you can’t deliver. It’s a standard non delivery penalty, doesn’t matter that you didn’t get paid on it.
