I sold tickets for a game next weekend and shipped them this past Friday. The Fedex tracking number shows them delivering tomorrow. However the stubhub tracking shows them as not shipped yet and I got an email that the order would be cancelled and I would be charged full amount to replace if I don't ship them.
The tracking on fedex shows two instances for the same tracking number. One has not shipped, the other is delivering tomorrow. I suspect this may be because I printed the shipping documents a while ago but had not sent the tickets until last week.
any suggestions? TIA

did you gt a receipt when you dropped off the package. If not in the future recommend doing so as it helps in instances like this.
