y all I purchased tickets to Peso Pluma back in September for October event, the concert has since been postponed. How long do I have to wait before I can ask about a credit or refund.

Because the tickets will be valid for the new date, buyers need to hang onto their tickets. We'll email them with the new event info when we have it. They can relist the tickets if they can't attend the new date. No refunds will be given for postponed events.
