2 easy suggestions
1) Eliminate recommended tickets button or allow users to set a preference of it off. This feature doesnt really help anyone and causes angst for sellers who cant see their listings. Let buyers see all tickets available in a section and let them choose which seats they want.
2) In listings allow the user to choose the default for the view - I would much rather see listings by event date (helps show me which listings are expiring the quickest as opposed to the current default of listing date. I dont care if I listed an event for December. I am more worried about upcoming events.
I was told to reach out the moderator when a charge occured to due a double listing that was fault of the StubHub platform. That sale has now occurred and I noonger have the option to message anyone, all topics are locked read-only. This is absolutely insane that a company would do this! I downloaded all of my message history with the moderator, please reach out to me to resolve this.
I am not sure what happened but I am no longer able to send private messages. Can you please provide information on why that is the case? I used to be able to click in user profile to send messages. Did that get disabled?

@TeamStubHub1 I am having so many issues posting on forums and sending private messages, I really need your help. Trying to post a discussion on Selling Tickets but it won't allow me. I need help reprocessing a payment that failed for a sale.
@TeamStubHub1 also wondering why everything is read-only for me. Cannot reply or post anything anywhere other than in welcome forum.
