I had already loaded my coupon into my StubHub Wallet prior to receiving the email on May 3, 2021. The coupon in my StubHub Wallet still says my credit expires 12/31/21 (as opposed to 12/31/22 referenced in the email), and my StubHub Wallet did not contain the option to elect a cash refund (which is what I want to do). I cannot contact anyone on customer support. Tell me how I can confirm that I a) am electing for a cash refund and b) will receive it.
