Hi guys, first time selling tickets on the platform... I sold 2 tickets for a concert I could not attend and understood that I would get paid a few days after the event date. I can imagine that StubHub is holding the money in case the buyer complains they had any issues with the tickets. How can I make sure that the buyer used the tickets or not, and that they did not issue a failed complaint to get their money back? Thanks for the help!
