Hi @DAM The message you see means the buyer has not accepted. Not to worry as many buyers either accept immediately or wait to day of event. Just double check you sent to the correct email. it sounds like you confirmed the transfer in your Stubhub account. Just make sure you did. If so you will be paid 5-8 Business days After the event even if the buyer never accepts.
