Same experience. I bought tickets nine months ago for a concert that was canceled. Called over and over and get all the same responses as you! It is very frustrating and for me it is alot of money also. I would really appreciate a refund as I have received nothing for my money. To me my money feels stolen! Hope to see a resolution for us!
