Thanks for the heads up. I just ran into the same thing and after about a dozen calls/emails/chats, I got the response below. This must be a new thing because never had issues relisting tickets in the past. Pretty disappointed though, to say the least Unfortunately, the option to relist the tickets without any fees only applies before the seller has fulfilled the order. In this case, the seller has already sent the tickets to you so that is why you are unable to relist the tickets without any fees. This order is already complete so you must manually relist the tickets.
