I agree with you, they have no corporate phone number or address, all of their customer service is not in the US. You cannot speak to anyone at StubHub because they do not want to be found. Good luck, but judging by the number of peoples horror stories here and Google reviews, they will do nothing and continue to fight you to issue a refund. At least that has been my experience.
