StubHub did not done anything to try and correct my order when I received the wrong tickets.
I contacted StubHub immediately, returned the incorrect tickets, gave the time they asked for to they to correct my order or supply alternative tickets, nothing happened for weeks on StubHubs part.
After weeks of several phone calls to their horrible customer service that is useless, I finally got frustrated, gave up on the tickets, and asked for a refund.
Weeks later and several phone calls later, still no refund, StubHubs excuse, "It is under review", even though I returned the wrong tickets and have been in communication with customer service for weeks, they would not issue my refund.
I finally gave up on trying to resolve it with StubHub since customer service does not provide any solutions and I was just wasting time. Left with no choice, I had to open a case with my credit card company and Better Business Bureau.
Buyers beware, StubHub does not care about you, they only care to take your money and charge unreasonable fees, I spent almost $200 in StubHub fees for 2 tickets. They are quick to take your money, but will fight you to comparable tickets or a refund in hopes you just give up and they keep your money.
The exact same thing is happening to me as I type this response!!!

I have been on the phone with costumer service twice now and without satisfaction in a resolution.
I spent $1300 for tickets listed as an English presentation. When I went online to the theatre website for info, I found the presentation for the event I had purchased tickets was a Spanish presentation.
Eight hours after my purchase while my charge was still "pending" I called for a cancellation. I argued for 2 hours with customer service finally sending proof from the theatre that it was indeed a Spanish, not English, event. I was told the charge would fall off. It did not.
I called again having the same argument for another lengthy discussion, sending emails of proof again because now they had changed their listing to show it was indeed a Spanish event. I had to send my previous info to show StubHub had corrected their listing AFTER my purchase.
They sold me tickets to an event on a day, at a time, in my preferred language they cannot deliver. Their answer was for me to resell my tickets and regain whatever amount I can. Their mistake, they have my money, they are the ticket sellers, yet they keep my money, instruct me to become a ticket seller on their site, and I take the loss.
I am furious!
I will lose at the least $600+ if my tickets even resell.
I would say 'BUYER BEWARE!'
So sorry to hear about your battle with StubHub. I strongly recommend you I open a case with your credit card company and Better Business Bureau.
StubHub should not be able to get away with all of the horror stories you read about on this community and Google reviews. They obviously do not care about taking care of their customer when things go wrong with the business they are suppose to be running.
This company makes filing a claim difficult. When finding a physical address is a problem, it tells me all I need to know. I may lose every dime because of THEIR mistake, but I will trust God to deal with this crooked business. When a company claims customer satisfaction guaranteed and doesn't stand behind that even when THEY are in the wrong, it is a crooked business in my opinion. Personally, I would not work for a company and be forced to deal with customers the way StubHub INSTRUCTS their reps to do. Lesson learned. I agree with you, they have no corporate phone number or address, all of their customer service is not in the US. You cannot speak to anyone at StubHub because they do not want to be found.
Good luck, but judging by the number of peoples horror stories here and Google reviews, they will do nothing and continue to fight you to issue a refund. At least that has been my experience. Best of luck with getting your refund!
