All of the badges available on StubHub are Grounds Badges. All Masters Ground Badges grant the same access to the Grounds of Augusta National Golf Course. Buyers are free to roam the course or follow their favorite golfers. Areas roped off and deemed restricted by Augusta aren’t accessible. Reserved seating isn’t available on the course.
Fans are required to return their badges at the end of their event day (more information below) or they can be charged up to $4,000 per day for not returning their badges. The charges can add up if a Fan fails to return several competition badges.
Before listing Masters badges for sale, all sellers are required to be pre-approved by completing a seller agreement form. Our team will review the submission and email you within five days to confirm you can start listing.
I have Masters badges to sell, how do I get approved to sell them on StubHub? Follow the sell flow process where they will find an agreement that needs to be completed. Here is the link if necessary: https://www.stubhub.com/promotions/scratch/common/masters-seller-fulfillment-guidelines-new.html

Hey there, @Pbw9814! I can understand your concern and am sorry to hear you had that experience recently. In most cases, when we see sellers listing tickets prior to on-sales it indicates they are a season ticket holder or have some other type of early access to tickets. That being said, all sellers are held 100% liable to provide the valid tickets they list or else they face significant penalties.
As for refunds, we've had an unprecedented number of cancelled events due to COVID-19 and continue to run into delays with processing the volume of refunds we currently have. We want to be sure we're providing a timeline we know we can meet.

Hi, @Alyssa3! Currency refers to the regional currency of the credit. For example, a U.S. event would be in USD while a U.K. event would be GBP. Also, you can put the credit towards any order regardless of the amount. If the order is less than the credit, the remaining balance will stay on your account and can be put towards another order. If the order is more than the credit, you'll need to pay the additional amount out of pocket.
