Hello this is the first time I have used StubHub and am very sorry I did. I purchased 2 Eagles Las Vegas tickets on 1/7/2025 for the 1/24/25 show and had to cancel because of the CA fires indirectly. I had to sell them and loose the $260. service charge. Well I do not use a computers often and tried to follow the instructions to sell since customer service doesn't want to talk to you . Every time you call you are told to go online. So I advertised my tickets wrong and it was a whole mess and I lost another $120.00 . They told me when I asked about using StubHub they cared so much about their customers. Well I am here to tell you that is BULL.... It is now 2/14/2025 and still no refund. I purchased them on 1/7/2025!!!!!! This is the WORST company I have every dealt with in this context. In the meantime they have contacted me over 6 times for me to give them my TIN number or ss number. I actually spoke with a rep and she put it in for me on two different calls. Like I said this is BULL . So next I am going to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint there. I really need my refund as I don't have this kind of money to be tied up for months. My advise is BEWARE of nothing but trouble with this company. Enjoy your night.
