I'd had some gift cards on my account for years, until September of this year I realized they disappeared. I've tried to find them on PC and on cellphone app, neither worked. Then I spoke to customer service on the phone, she checked it out and e-mailed me my existing gift cards with codes and remaining balance which was nice and quick. But unfortunately, those codes cannot be used/added/redeemed whether at check-out or in Stubhub Wallet. Probably because they've already been on my account, I assume?
But where are they? Why they're not showing? Why are they hidden?
I've contacted customer service back and forth through email the past two months, no progress at all. All I received was pure run-around with repeated unnecessary questions. I appreciate the first email the first rep sent to me, but your job is not done yet, Stubhub. Your job is done when customers enter the venue successfully. Suddenly I got a kind of feeling like "Yeah we got your kids located but we're holding them hostage". I'm disgusted.
