RE: Account getting deactivated

I received an email saying my account was deactivated due to not enough information when trying to sell tickets. I understand this and wonder why my tickets weren’t just delisted instead. Now I cannot access my previously bought tickets and worry that I have just lost £1100, which is completely unacceptable. How can I get a refund?

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
