Having trouble signing into StubHub.com and/or StubHub Community?
Below is how you can fix that!
StubHub.com and StubHub Community's sign-in process is a single sign-on. The sign-in info you enter for StubHub.com is the same for StubHub Community.
If you can't sign into StubHub.com, reset your password through one of the following ways:
Desktop or Web Browser:
- At the login screen select 'Forgot your password?'
- Enter your email address associated with your StubHub account
- Check your email and follow the instructions to change your password
StubHub App:
- At the login screen tap 'Forgot password'
- Enter your email address if it's not filled in for you
- Tap 'Send link'
- Check your email and follow the instructions to change your password
Once this has been completed, you will be able to log into StubHub Community!
Please send a private message to any of our moderators if you can't sign into StubHub.com but can sign into StubHub Community.
If you can sign into StubHub.com but not StubHub Community, follow these few troubleshooting steps:
- Clear cache & cookies with restarting your web browser or using another web browser
- Doing this will clear saved data and refresh your web browser's processes
- Check if you're signed into another StubHub account
- Only a single account can be signed in due to cookies
